Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with The Opulent Online Shop or purchasing The Opulent Online Shop products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by The Opulent Online Shop. Typographical Errors
In the event that a The Opulent Online Shop product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Opulent Online Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Opulent Online Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Opulent Online Shop shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price or online store credit for a different item.

Third-Party Links
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, The Opulent Online Shop may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with The Opulent Online Shop, The Opulent Shop has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices. Linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, The Opulent Online Shop seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it is linked to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Exchanges
We make exchanges for everything within 14 days after shipping. There are no refunds. All sales are all final and only exchangeable.
Exchanges will be given after the warehouse has inspected items, and declares the items are in their original condition.

All exchanges must have a return label on the package with an RA number. To process your exchange and receive an RA number please call our online team at 415-355-9153. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back exchanges.

Once an RA # is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately. Packages need to be received within 2 weeks of the date the RA # was created.

Items worn with stains cannot be exchanged. If you do ship such items, The Opulent will not be responsible for processing and exchanging such items.

Shipping cost is not refundable
